At the night of Day 1, 85 BB’s slept soundly and deeply. Bright and early the next morning, they opened their eyes and smiled with anticipation for the brand new day.
A delicious breakfast had been prepared by the lovely people of Alpha-H, who then introduced their Liquid Gold Skin Perfecting System. The system is a three month skin booster program that promises to renew, re-energise and refresh the skin.
After breakfast, one BB revealed her identity as the representative from Face of Australia cosmetics. With the help and encouragement from her BB friends, she presented a makeup Masterclass along with makeup artist Kirsty Dolores.
Her nerves were calmed by watching all the BB’s playing with all the makeup items, and talking about contouring and eyeliner techniques.

Finally, Bahar Etminan of RESCU.com.au gave a keynote speech in an event sponsored by P&G Beauty and Grooming. The BB’s listened intently to Bahar’s tips on running beauty blogs as businesses, and some debate of varying opinions pursued. Despite the controversy, Bahar’s speech was a fascinating one and left the BB’s with plenty of food for thought.
And so thanks to the fairy godmothers and 40 sponsors, the 85 BB’s lived the fairytale weekend that was ABBW 2011. They took away with them an even greater love of blogging, an extra suitcase of gifts, and lots of new friendships. It goes without saying that they lived happily ever after, knowing ABBW 2012 awaits them.
